About the Property

Cabin is within Port Waikato Holiday Park annual subs/fees approximately $4,000 this includes lawns, water, power and the use of all park amenities such as kitchen, laundry and toilet/bathroom blocks and tv room. The team looking after day to day care of the camp are very busy maintaining it to a very good standard and are accommodating to guests and site owners alike. Recently there has been a childrens playground added to improve camp amenities

Port Waikato is a very special place with a nice feel to it and a great community spirit; this cabin is suitable to enjoy weekends and school holidays well set up for a family. Or you may choose to embrace a more casual lifesyle and live full time on-site this needs to be negotiated with the camp management and agreed on according to camp regulations. Pets are welcomed in this camp but usual rules apply to control and care

The cabin is well situated for sunshine and is walking distance to the beach across the road, there is a takeaway shop on-site and Sylvias cafe is along the road at the surf beach.

The cabin itself is very smart and well kept. It has a new roof installed approximately a year ago. Painted exterior last summer and oiled deck. I believe it measures 35-38 m2 but this is a guide and you are welcome to measure if interested in viewing. It is the only cabin in the park that has a plumbed shower; a vanity and chemical toilet are in the bathroom area. It has a caravan annexe that sleeps 3 and room to sleep a further 3 in the living area, comfortably. I have had a double sofa bed which was ideal, however, I will be keeping this sofa - included is almost all you would need to step in and enjoy minus some chattels I will retain if intersted in viewing we can discuss this in person.

The kitchen is set up with a microwave oven, fridge, benchtop cooker, vacuum cleaner and all cutlery, crockery etc. TV and FTA box is in place along with CD player/stereo, dining table/chairs & outdoor setting. Again, please be aware that not all seen in photos will be left in place

There is a large deck with custom made roll-down weather awnings, a small storage shed is attached to keep all your beach & fishing gear. There is also room for two parking spaces and a washing line is attached to rear wall

Viewing is by appointment only and when I can be present management are not to be approached to arrange viewings and it would be appreciated if you could adhere to this it is not management role or responsibility to arrange viewings please text me and we can sort out time/day that suits
