REISDENTIAL SECTION ON THE EDGE OF TOWN, BESIDE FOREST. Kaitangata has a lot to offer, only ten minutes to Balclutha, less than an hour to Dunedin, and yet very much a country town.
Hill walks, river fishing and boating, nearby wild coastline and wildlife, primary school, pre-school. The section has pleasant rural views of a north and north-easterly aspect.. Jobs are usually available at the meat works, dairy farms, and other industries in and near Balclutha.

Viewing by appointment. One of the cheapest sections in New Zealand! Most other sections in Kaitangata are tied into the well advertised land and house package, whereas if you are wanting to do your own thing, perhaps build smaller or differently then this is your best option.
