This traditional crib in Papatowai is full of character and close to the beach (4 min walk) and local shop. Small and cosy with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. Also has a lockable outside shed. Water system works with a sump hole and a chemical porta-potty. Large fixed water tank with filter; pump etc all works well.
Have rented as a holiday house over summer and would like to sell fully-furnished. Part of land has been fenced off for grazing animals.
